Does seem to be an interesting story here.
Not much cash in the bank though so I would assume some sort of fundraising will be in order if/when they settle an acquisition.
Directors are buying and there seem to be some smart people on the board. Hopefully there will be some sort of acquisition announced soon to get things moving.
