FACT: 3 of the Dusk directors (including CEO King ) have sold nearly 6 million shares in the past 6 months making nearly $20 million. This is NOT a vote of confidence in Dusk- they are NOT growing the company ( via organic growth or buying other competitors ) or managing it properly - they are just MILKING it. One director made nearly $ 18 million by selling at $3.60 (Petersen/ Catalyst) . He still has 9 million shares that he is probably dumping now and making huge profits on his original investment. what does CEO , king and directors know that we don't . Not happy Jan
