    I guess I know how to read this but could somebody please tell me that I am completely wrong and that this is actually a good sign ... please, please.

    Both director represented major investor (Glencore and LinQ) ...... am I right in assuming that they would have a conflict of interest would they remain on the board in the event of MRX facing the abyss ..... hence their resignation.
