ive looked at that area aswell,but only on the net
ive been told currumbin is a good area to buy,with a predicted capital growth rate of around 20% a year minimum,so i think your on a winner there.im just waiting on new bunbury road to open as i bought a couple there a year ago and expect the price to rocket when road is finished.
