Is a duplex but is joined by the pergolas and not a joining wall so i was happy with it, leased for 310 week, sticking a couple in there in sept who will pay 400wk so im happy with the buy.

Trying to buy any sort of house not in a damn estate on G coast under 300k is virtually impossible, this one should be high $300 low 400s in couple of years............cheers
