I think the explanation for the trading halt is likely that RTM have NOT been granted the leases. The halt gives them time to scratch their heads and get out the scissors and craft glue so they can make a nice glossy release showing how pretty their diamond mine is....to try to coax a few suckers into not holding their RTM a bit longer than the directors intend to.

It takes time to make up nice words and it will take a lot of reassuring words to stop this plumetting on bad news.

It takes far less time to release a few sentences confirming the leases have been granted.

I may have another dabble if RTMO drops to about 1c.
