    This is very close to breaking out,

    sellers so thin all the way to 21c and beyond, buyers have been building since open, 16c might be the last chance to get hold of these so very cheap, and I think there will be a scramble to get them before close today.

    was priced at a 3 year low yesterday, at cash backing.
