That's my understanding too, but why in the world isn't that mentioned in the AGM agenda. Would have helped the RI certainly more than his heroic purchase of 18k, LOL!
Hope you can go to the AGM and ask a few questions there. Every time when you start to regain some trust the company dishes out the next big disappointment.
