Take a look at the chairman's position in Indonesian business community and politics. IMO it is unlikely someone of his standing would allow such conduct. I may be wrong of course.

You have a point and I agree with it. Director's purchases aren't totally reliable and the case you point out is highly unlikely, but as we have seen in the past, quite possible.

All in all, what Young and Dykes have done should be considered on the positive side of the ledger though nothing definitive about the company's prospects.

2 Directors buying 500K of stock is hardly a bad thing and I think we should not lose sight of that. Cold hard cash.

There is much to do and I am not particularly pleased with their efforts to communicate with their investors.

I have plenty of margin for error on this one and the potential pay-off in the not so distant future is well worth the risk.
