And notice that the price he paid for the shares AVERAGED over 87c per share. Which is still a lot higher than the current stupidly low share price. He would have been buying all the way down from the high $1-somethings, given the volume he's bought.

This is a VERY good sign - I'm holding onto my sizeable holding of SWK (also IMD - similar field of operations, and similarly way oversold)
