Volume is important, But money is made on price.
Like everybody else We are all interested on price , Particularly the price at which we can get them and sell them at. Like everybody you want to buy them at the best possible price. Volume talk is cheap at best.
If volume is so important to you why don't you put an alert on volume and go for a long picnic. Come back when INL fits your volume criteria and the price may be upwards of 45c.
