This is the first time in four years that any directors have bought shares in Nomad on market. It is a closed period for Directors to trade and they have both received special permission to trade.

As I read it, it is two parcels of 625,000 at the same price not just one shared parcel. They both appear to have bought the same size parcels for their own separate companies.

It does seem to me that the recent company update was not to inform us, but to allow these two directors to do these trades.

While I don't like directors being given special permission in this way, surely it is a good sign for the company and the shareholders. For ages several of us have thought that the shares were way too cheap and hopefully now the insiders have started to agree with us.
