    Yes that is correct post consolidation 20c which at 1 for 10 consolidation = 2c today.

    I originally thought they were going to raise $1M by issuing 50M shares at 2c. However it is $1M issuing 5M shares at 20c (post consolidation).

    All good.

    Im expecting a few more acquisitions during second half of year and quick growth all IMO, DYOR.
