There are several BRG directors who have been buying shares in the past week since result announcement.
Lawrence Myers bought 30,000 shares for $245,728, holding 160,000 shares after the purcase
Steven Fisher bought 12,000 shares for $97,860, holding 82,000 shares after the purchase
Dean Howell bought 10,000 shares for $81,300, holding 120,000 shares after the purchase
Timothy Antonie bought 20,753 shares for $170,185, holding 20,753 shares after the purchase
So far, the grand total is $595,073.
Although this fact by itself doesn't mean much, but combined with BRG's other qualities, it gives me comfort knowing that these guys are putting not insubstantial amount money into BRG.
Compared to TRS, whose 5 board members only hold a measly total of 20,000 shares, BRG's alignment of shareholders' interests is head and shoulders above TRS.
