CYM which Gary Comb knows all to well has existing infrastructure and spent a lot of time deciding whether to refurbish the old plant or get a new one.
The new one would have been more efficient with robotics etc. They were all for a new plant and stated this would be the way to go before making a complete u-turn after finding out there was a 2+ year wait on structural steel which would mean delaying production by more than a year!
something to ponder.
