Reduction in SOI was due to a 25:1 share price consolidation. Whether this was a 'very positive move' or not, probably depends on who you ask.
Most published analyses are factoring in equity dilution to fund mine development.
The general consensus is BML, while correlated to the POS to some extent, is less sensitive to Ag that other pure play explorers/developers (e.g., SVL, IVR, ARD, etc).
There's been some discussion in the past week or so as to whether BML has untethered further from POS in the latter part of 2021 due to investor trepidation about an upcoming capex dilution
