yes an appraisal of possibilities is what it is. I'm leaning toward a high inflation, low nominal set up, which will be great for gold, but refuse to discount the possibility real rates surge for the reasons I already outlined (and maybe both these things could happen at different times). In any case, the long delay til this project starts generating revenue exposes shareholder to these medium term risks.
