Director buying is usually positive, however, not infallible. Welborn at RSG continuously put many hundreds of thousands of dollars at a time into his company. It also does not surprise me that the Non Executive Chairman is putting his cash into the company where he is an executive- makes good sense to me.
There are many well run companies where the Board is not putting big money into the respective organisations. Sadly, most execs tend to have skin in the game that has come from free or heavily discounted shares. Simon Noon has plenty of shares and will be quite well off if the company takes off.
