In the last week, between them, Directors have picked up $67,000 worth of VIV shares.

In addition to the recent substantial shareholder (a professional investor) who put in $1.2 million @ 4.5 cents

Surely there is some value to be found here? Energy prices are only going to increase, making VIV's solution more compelling by the day.
