    I guess its both good and not so good.
    Good because they are putting their own money in.
    And Bad because maybe it means there is not going to be another nice big sales announcement this quarter to get to profit territory (with the insider trading rules I think). Also, for me, it is propping up the price so I can't buy some more at my target price.
