I recently bought in at an average of 91.5c. I was looking for a solid stock with a good yield. At the current price of .90c it is yielding 8% franked with no indication that the business is underperforming.
As interest rates are forecast to fall in the future I think this looks look a good play for yield with some growth potential as well, provided of course the dividends don't decrease down the track.
