I reckon it's mainly just profit taking from the rally. People see it has met resistance and not looking like moving higher and day traders, short term traders, nervous investors looking to cash in.
Obviously the cloud is still hanging over RFF because of the Bonitas reports and confidence has not been restored in full. So we all just need to wait for the E&Y audit outcome etc. Could settle in the low $1.70 to $1.80 range maybe for a while IMO. Loads of other reasons as explained in previous posts relating to what the share is valued at. Still, a decent rally off the lows since the sell-off.
I'm holding long term. Doubt there will be any further significant catalysts between now and E&Y. Just rampers and shorters.
