Not sure that's true... it collapsed because the revenue they were claiming to be making was complete baloney once audited.
The short report did kill them because they had a nice little $100 Million dollar Capital Raise that went up in smoke because they weren't honest with their investors and by the time the Capital Raise was completed their $11.50 per share CR was worth about $3 bucks a share and so they had to refund the money.
