After the directors called in a second set of auditors , invited ASIC to view their books & purchased significant amounts of shares I would say the chances of there being an intentional fraud commited are negligible.
Whether E&Y find any accidental errors or have a different view on the valuations is still yet to materialise. So I would say that RFF is now no greater a risk than any other similar investment.
