Pumping is right on the money. ICP must do a share split that allows the price to rise. With 725 million shares in the market this stock has a problem. The problem is the stock in unknown and limited trading on a daily pattern. If the forecasted NPAT for 2010 is true then the stock is worth .16-.20 cents. This will not happen to excess float is taken out of the market. It looks like sellers still need to get of ICP and pay for past disasters from last year. JM must do a share split and increase major shareholders by adding some fund managers not just mums and dads.
