    Would appear to be a PR exercise to show punters that the directors also have their hard earned on the line .....$105K is not going to build much of a manufacturing facility in China...

    Capital raising ..has legs.... maybe pre-req for backer was for Directors to be seen to be tipping in ??

    As you say ..plenty of time left on the options ...must be another agenda that has driven the decision.
