Agreed. Going by the CAPping recently, it appears someone is consolidating their holding around 40-42cents. Conglin normally goes aggressively at the market for his shares so I don't think he has anything to do with the recent action. Perhaps the directors are topping uP? Who knows.
FWIW, its not hard to see CAP is being capped. The trading patterns are very similar to another holding of mine (where there is definitive proof of price manipulation), albeit, on a small scale.
This one should pop soon. All this consolidation has to count for something and the chart looks good for another go at 50cents.
