I have held since inception in my SMSF.....it traces back through Macquarie Goodman Industrial Trust and and prior to that AMP Industrial Trust which I bought for $1 per unit in 2001.

Each incarnation has provided nice growth and solid distributions/dividends.

I have a very diversified portfolio and it fits neatly into it

I don't follow it on a daily basis these days as it just ticks over like a well maintained cash vehicle; however, I review it every three week along with my SMSF portfolio generally and keep an eye out for any news, such as yesterday's ann re the Director's acquisition of >1.5mil. shares.

Needless to say, I like it.
