I looked through my folders for any recent Broker reviews and the only one I could find was a Citigroup review dated January 6th in which they said, inter alia, that the corporation was well managed with good growth prospects and a strong domestic portfolio...but..they expressed the same concern as you have and believed the sp (then ..about $4.95) was at about a 70cent premium to it's value...they downgraded it from a Hold to a Sell.
As I already own for the long term, I have no plans to sell, but perhaps if I was looking to buy, I would need a lot more assurance......therefore need to get more up to date research.
Hope that doesn't just confuse the issue more.
