re: directors buying-alice10 alice10, I have had shares in this for about 5 years and comsec tells me I have about an 88% return (just on capital not including distributions [which are always 8 percent plus for me]) so far. Used to have more shares in it but I have dithered about. Wish I hadn't but its a cruel world.

I love how there are the regular, constant instructions to 'consider reducing holdings in listed property - it's had a great run but not expected to continue'. Well let me tell you, it continues. Intraday high of $5.00 yesterday is new record.

This is the second largest industrial property trust in the world, (behind US Prologis actually). If all shares were this good, I'd almost be wealthy! For me, this is not to be sold. But whether you buy is up to you, of course.
