I have been a holder in this for a few years and through contacts know the company very very well.
At the moment they have an overseas focus as they took over a string of industrial properties in Aust over the last few years. Some were AMP, Colonial and Macquarie Bank's industrial just to name a few.
Their focus is on Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Europe through the recent takeover of Arlington in the UK. They operate very much like Macquarie Bank - Aggressive and fast paced (well for property anyway).
Long term you cannot go wrong but I would perhaps look for a bit of a dip to buy into then hold and forget.
They will be the Westfield of Industrial property.
