i know re: u spin off, company rep Victor Ho told me they are targetting end jan, corporate advisors busy working on the details likely to be pro rata in speccie distribution, possibly with a small priority allocation
re: peru drilling wasn't the focus of my enquiry, but they have jorc timeline in about 6 -12 months time. In the presentation it details over 17,000m of driling for this year. Chinese negotiations also well advanced.
