Seems like they wouldn't buy upon any ordinary average hole but rather watch the price drift lower until they found something exciting. By releasing an announcement as soon as visual seen of the hole by the market they are clear to buy in. Seems like they may have found what they were looking for i.e. the higher grade core of the porphyry.
