They were buying at around $1.23. I wonder if that is one or more of them with the bid at $1.23, hoping some nervous people sell? All the work is done the trials completed, upgrading facilities, hospitals want Ropren. Just need some Russian to dot the I's and cross the t's, then the follow up announcements and away.
Who needs to sell for a tax loss? SLA is a capital gainer. Might be a buying op presenting today if that other 60000 at $1.23 goes.
