It certainly looks like something along those lines you mentioned, interesting also that what they are paying Anglesey is their exact expenditure to date, there certainly is some doubt about this huge outlay ( WMT's every last penny) on only one project, why they haven't mined this, or another large concern hasen't looked at it dosen't seem to fit, especially as Anglesey have only known about WMT for four weeks, seems a very hasty move, maybe these directors still have the mindset of employees of large corporations who can throw this amount of money around without too much damage, but this deal seems to be badly backfiring on the WMT board.
