They have said nothing about diluting, this is just another pathetic downramp from tharlow. directors have bought over a million shares lately because they believe they are way undervalued imo. if they were going to raise capital they would have done it when the sp was at $1.50. tharlow is just jealous because he has missed some big gains, and he will miss more.
