Well, its the only announcement of a director selling shares. The other announcements were for expired options which have all been out of the money for about 5 months. So your comment is a tad misleading...

There are many reasons for selling shares often nothing to do with your belief in the company such as divorce, tax bills, margin calls, other purchases etc. As they say, only 1 reason to buy but many reasons to sell.

However, I am happy as this push down in share price presents a unique opportunity to acquire stock at a very good discount.
