    The NTA gap is getting pretty huge now. We should get an updated NTA figure this week but I expect it will be around the $1.05 mark considering the rise in the ASX. Once the Kingsgrove deal clears that will then increase to around $1.10 (and thats only using the estimate they gave with 50 percent of the subdivision sold). Quite frustrating but also great value
