I think they would struggle to get it off the ground because they don't have any track record to point to (as of yet). There is no doubt however they will want to get the FUM up because they aren't making much at all out of this at the moment (would work out as a couple of hundred grand in fees year). Only thing I can think of is if they say the money is required to complete the DC in Sydney.
