Directors exercising Sep 2005 options - or will they?

Are MMN shareholders novice sharemarket suckers?

You get the impression that MMN’s management think so.

From today’s Sep 2005 option expiry letter:
“Although the share price at the time of writing is slightly below the exercise price of the options, that may change, and we suggest that you monitor the share price in the weeks leading up to the expiry date. It is also worth noting that the exercise of the options provides an opportunity to acquire shares without incurring brokerage fees.”

Really Denis, is that so!

I for one would have been far more interested in hearing about the Directors intentions in relation to exercising their several million MMNOA????

Are you going to pay up by 20 Sep. like the faithful shareholder PhillW ???

Or will your MMNOA lapse and be replaced by a resolution for shareholders to vote for more free Director options at the next AGM???
