    My comment is, Go for it.
    That was a pretty substantial protest vote on the 5th resolution at the AGM (on issuing new options to Management) and I agree it looks likely that it was Lion Selection Group that used their votes against.
    LSG stumped up the capital needed during the difficult times.They were taking a risk.The directors and management aren't when they dilute the shareholders with their freebies.
    Bohannan's salary package for 2005 was $1.73m, just not good enough I guess.
    The new options have an unambitious exercise price of 45cts, and can be exercised over the next 5 years!
    Your sentiments are similar to those I've posted over Gindalbie Metals (GBG)
    Because of its assets in the ground in Tanzania,I've been looking at GGN for a while. But the out of the money hedging program (imposed by their bank,to get Mupane running) and now the options grab are causing second thoughts.
