Putting to bed the mis-guided angst, the increase from $400,000 to $750,000 is an increase in total pool of money available to pay director salaries. No one currently gets a salary of $400,000 pa. KB for example, gets $150,000 pa.
All the salaries of all the directors current and future will, when all added together be less than $750,000 pa.
I hope this helps to calm down the rebellion.
