Options are a separate issue. Atypically directors do get options and PLS is not exception. Generally they are performance based and if the company does well, shareholders do well and directors do very well.
How many miniscule explorers have we known whose directors milk the salary option with CRs because the options will never come into money. PLS is far from that scenario.
While they are waiting to cash in the options they still need food on the table. How many would like KB's job for $150,000 pa ? Not me, for one.
