Thanks You30Ate and Awoonga - you have answered my question. As I said at the start, wanted to hear from those that knew better than I and I am a very happy shareholder so no issue (or rebellion) from me with paying NE Directors what they are worth. I clearly misunderstood the motion and did not read it as aggregate. Its interesting though isn't it when you ask a question like that - it took many responses before anybody actually answered it and explained what it meant. Didn't mean to get people off on an emotional rant, just wanted to know why it is, what it is.
Thanks for clarifying again Awoonga and You30Ate and hopefully there endeth the lesson.
