There are a lot of adverse comments regarding the future of Central & which direction to go.
I wonder which or how many directors will find their way to Macquarie ?
This could consist of straight out employment OR the going thing is as an ADVISER.
Unless there is an annexure to any contract stating ALL current CTP DIRECTORS will NOT be employed on ANY basis with Macquarie it is very difficult to know if everything has been considered & fully transparent.
Directors have a duty to advise shareholders of what they unbiasedly believe is the best outcome for the company however one could argue if Macquarie intend to offer lucrative jobs to the current CTP DIRECTORS their advise would hardly be considered unpartial or in the best interests of everyone.
I honestly believe an embago on ANY employment offers to CTP directors by Macquarie for a period of (5) years is not unreasonable arguably even warranted.
