I haven't looked at their remuneration but these guys, particularly NJ, back themselves with skin in the game. Also one has to be a bit brave going on public company boards these days - risk, governance, ASX and ASIC up your ribs, let alone shareholders or on this platform non holders sniping away. Just on the risk aspect they deserve to be paid well. If they don't perform then the AGM allows an exit for them, usually.
