I notice that the ASX form 'Appendix 3Y - Change of Director's Interest Notice' states "Information or documents not available now must be given to the ASX as soon as is available".
Presumably that means lodge your forms a.s.a.p. after becoming aware of your new circumstances.
OIL's New shares had an issue date of 13th. July and Gus presumably would have been promptly in the know as to his allotment under this issue. I think a lot of us here on H.C. are quite interested in his take up, so hopefully his dressing down re his previous "oversights" will mean he must be very close to lodging his 3Y with the ASX.
