MM,Have you contacted either of the two mentioned firms? I've contacted both probably 2 weeks ago. Can't do much until they've assessed the situation and evidences etc. It's probably a bit two early to do/say anything just yet. There's a second creditors meeting coming up - not sure exactly when but shouldn't be too far away. We probably won't hear anything at until after the second creditors meeting and the creditors voted on the fate of HST. This is just my guess anyway.

If you contacted any of the firms and they're asking you for more members and specific details then please let us know. From the other thread I counted there were approx 10 people who indicated interest.
