I'm thinking they will wait until ASIC give the details of their investigation into who knew what. Problem with suing directors is their is a lot of legal firewalls in place to stop it. Also they really don't have enough $$$$ to get any real serious return.

the auditiors will be the ones to go after and even then this could be marginal. I have been going though some of the statement they where making in their annnual reports and at their cap raising.

questionable statement they made where stuff like " hastie is well positioned in the markets they partipate in" which could be argued was false and miss leading.
