Not much IMO... More incentives to Management should be offerred- especially to the CEO. Lower his salary from 218K to 118K and give him a million Oppies at $1 to convert bt 2012. Now that would be confidence...
The rest get nothing salaries really.
If you trying to gauge Director confidence I would say mediocre...
